Our experienced professionals are qualified to teach everyone from the newest beginners to the most seasoned competitors.

SKILL ACCELERATION

CHEER
Stunting Skill Acceleration Sessions

The goal of our Stunting Skill Acceleration instruction is to build confidence and promote safe practices for teams who are new to stunting by teaching basic terminology and proper technique. These sessions can also be tailored for more experienced stunting teams who want to focus on a specific area (i.e. basket tosses, pyramids, twisting stunts).

  • 2 Hour Session - $10 per participant

*Minimum of 3 sessions recommended
 

DANCE
Dance Technique Acceleration Sessions

Dance Technique Acceleration Sessions are a targeted approach for achieving your dance team's technique goals on an accelerated timeline in order to prepare for camp, competition season or game day. Free consultation is included prior to your first session.

  • 2 Hour Session - $10 per participant

ULTIMATE SKILL ACCELERATION

Ultimate Skill Acceleration Sessions

Our Ultimate Skill Acceleration sessions are designed to rapidly increase your team's skill set in a short period of time. Free consultation is included with all options and instruction will be suited to the team's skill level, goals, and competition rubric (if applicable). 

  • 2 Day Option - $100 per participant
    (one instructor)

  • 2 Day Option - $125 per participant
    (two instructors)

  • 3 Day Option - $175 per participant
    (includes two instructors)

Skill Acceleration Intensives

Our Skill Acceleration Intensives are a great way to speed up team progress on one or two specific skill areas that need the most work. We will provide a free consultation to identify goals for each session and our experienced staff will tailor their instruction to the specific objectives of your team.

  • 4 Hour Session - $500 

  • 6 Hour Session - $750 

CHOREOGRAPHY
(Cheer or Dance)

We specialize in clean, collegiate-style cheer and dance team routines that effectively highlight the unique skill set of your team. Our custom high school choreography is specifically designed based on the scoresheets by which your team will be evaluated. All choreography is done in 2 day sessions. 

Full Routine

  • $1,750 + Travel* (20 participants or less)
  • $2,500 + Travel* (21+ participants)

Custom Music

  • $400

Game Day Choreography

Our Game Day choreography provides custom material that will maximize the score of cheer teams who plan to compete in the Game Day division at state, regionals or nationals. This package includes a cheer, band dance and two sidelines (one defense and one offense). Game Day choreography is typically completed in 1 day.

Routine Cleaning

Our Routine Cleaning service is perfect for cheer or dance teams who are preparing to go their first competition or to a premier competition such as nationals. We will send an Advance staff member to reinvigorate your athletes and really dive into the details. Price listed is for a 2 hour session.

  • $200 (Advance choreography customers)
  • $300 (Non-choreography customers)

JUDGING

  • Try Out Judging - $50/hr (per judge)
